Embodied Purpose: A New Year's Mini Retreat with Brenna Matthews

We are in a time of great transition and upheaval. It's imperative we align with and embody our deepest and most true longings for ourselves, our communities and the Earth.

In this mini - immersion, we will explore Buddhist philosophy and practices for quieting down and loosening the grip of conditioning and reactivity, Yogic and Vedic wisdom for creating spiritual resolution in alignment with highest Self/ Divine (Sankalpa) and embodiment and somatic practices to create sustained integration and re-organization of the Soma + nervous system.

There will be an emphasis on open, loving community, deep introspection and envisioning through practice, and surrender to the inner guidance that is beyond the intellectual mind. All are welcome

* audio recordings of the practices and lectures from the retreat will be available for the participants after the event.
