New Year’s Eve Flow and Meditation with Jill Rodgers


New Year's Eve offers a yearly reminder to pause for ritual, reflection and realignment. Join Jill to welcome 2025 with a late night gathering of intentional movement and mindfulness.

We will begin with a vinyasa flow, shift into restorative yoga and pranayama, and finish with an extended savasana. We will spend the last few moments in silent meditation to mark the transition into the new year.

In yoga there is great emphasis on moments of transition. As we slow our breath down, we learn to recognize the potent space between exhales and inhales. As we slow our mind down, we learn to rest in the space between thoughts and actions. Between stimulus and response, there is room for contemplation.

Join the JPCY community in letting the old year fall away, welcoming in the new, and nestling for a while in the in-between.
