Winter Lung Care with Brenna Matthews

The lungs tend to carry a heavy burden. They are often protective of the heart and store both physical stickiness (especially during the winter months) and emotional build up. In this workshop, there will be anatomical, subtle, breath and movement based exploration of this beautiful organ. We aim not to fix what we perceive is wrong with the lungs, but to give them space to process, release, and come back to their natural rhythm of vitality, receptivity, and connection.

This workshop will be both educational and experiential, functional and spiritual. All are welcome.

This workshop is offered as part of a two workshop Winter Self Care Mini-Retreat.
Rest is a Radical Act: Restorative and Sound Bath - Sunday 3/16 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM
