While the majority of our time will be dedicated to experiential practice, we will also delve into an anatomical discussion on how breath impacts overall well-being. Our practice will focus on yoga postures and breathing techniques specifically designed to cultivate a more efficient and mindful breath, fostering a deeper connection with our internal states.

This workshop welcomes participants of all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners, providing knowledge and tools to elevate your yoga practice to new heights through the power of the diaphragm.
