Dynamic Flow to Deep Stillness: Cultivating Balance through Yoga and Meditation with Alana Brennan

Join us for a transformative yoga experience that will leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to embrace the year ahead. In this class, Alana will guide you through an invigorating sequence of energizing yoga poses designed to release tension, awaken your body, and focus your mind. Feel the vigor as you move through each pose, connecting with your breath and building strength and flexibility.

After the dynamic portion of the class, we will seamlessly transition into a 15 minute guided meditation, where you will have the opportunity to settle into stillness and explore the depths of your inner world. Through gentle guidance, you will learn to observe the mind and start to let go of excessive distractions, allowing for a greater sense of clarity. This meditation practice will help you cultivate mindfulness and enhance your overall well-being.

This class is open to all levels. Come and join us as we embark on a journey of movement and stillness, finding balance and harmony within ourselves.
