Calling all teens! Join yoga teacher and therapist Beth Grannan for this 4-week series. Each class will combine gentle movement with restorative poses (long held and very supported with props). We will focus on breath and creating comfort in each pose. Our shared work is intended to create more awareness of and connection to the dialogue between mind, heart, and body.
No prior experience necessary! All teens welcome.
ABOUT BETH | I am a yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and mom to two teens. Prior to having my own family, I was a middle and high school Spanish teacher. I’ve been working with and around teens for a long time. Adolescence should be a time of developing independence, identity, and autonomy. I hope to empower teens with self-regulating skills in hopes to make the journey from adolescence into adulthood a little more peaceful.
