Yoga for Us: BIPOC Only Space

This is a monthly yoga offering welcoming Black, Indigenous, and People of Color to explore a blend of postures intended to open and energize the body, as well as postures that sooth and calm.

This space aims to create a container where BIPOC community members can welcome joy and a sense of connectedness to their yoga practice.

Aspects of meditation, sound healing,
and pranayama will occasionally be infused into this offering.

This class will be led by Marlene Boyette (she/her).

Optional hands on assists will be provided with consent by Kiera Penpeci (she/they) and Sacha Mendoza (she/her).
