As we age (even those of you in your twenties!), our hips and all their components tend to fall victim to habitual misalignment and a decline in power. Given they are the largest muscles in our body, it is imperative to keep them alert, active and limber, especially in yoga!
This workshop will give you a multitude of ways to access dormant strength in your hips and apply it to your asana practice.
