My passion is to promote holistic wellness through yoga, complemented by mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques, including sound healing and breathwork. I strive to create safe and supportive spaces where individuals can reconnect with their bodies, quiet their minds, and find a sense of ease and flow.

My yoga journey began when I discovered the healing power of yoga during a challenging time for my physical health. This experience transformed my life, and I felt a deep calling to share the benefits of yoga with others. I believe in the profound connection between mind and body. I integrate restorative practices like sound healing and breathwork into my classes to enhance this connection and foster internal peace and self-compassion.

In my classes, you'll find a welcoming and inclusive environment where yoga is accessible to everyone, no matter their experience level. I often incorporate the soothing sounds of singing bowls to create a meditative atmosphere that encourages relaxation and energetic harmony. As a certified breathwork facilitator, I blend yoga postures with breath techniques to deepen the mind-body connection. Through intentional somatic movements, we enhance body awareness and release tension, while sound healing helps us integrate the experience and promotes relaxation at a cellular level.
