Spring Rising! with Nina Reis

Join us for a yoga workshop to ignite the body and spirit. Spring is the time of year for growth in our lives, relationships and work.

After winter, Spring’s rising energy is calling to dust ourselves off and do a little spring cleaning within. Using 5 element theory (Traditional Chinese Medicine), Katonah Yoga and QiGong, we’ll play with practices that rinse, filter and spark clarity.

You can expect an initial discussion followed by a rigorous class of yoga poses and breath techniques that support your health and well being. Prior yoga experience is recommended. Spring practices are meant to ground you in the present, illuminate your vision and inspire you for the year ahead.
