Strike a Pose Center Stage at the Huntington Theatre with Jill Rodgers

Join Jill Rodgers for our first collaborative yoga class with the Huntington Theatre.

Class will be held on the theatre stage, and will feature Jill’s distinctive anatomical and playful style for a practice designed for all levels. Leave with a stronger mind body connection and appreciation for community theatre spaces.

What to Expect From Jill’s Classes

Jill seeks to create a warm and welcoming space for practitioners of all levels with classes often inspired by the structure and shapes found in the Ashtanga system, centered around an area or action of the body. She likes to partner strength and mobility work, explore ways to reset the mind-body connection, and infuse a sense of play into sequences. Her continued studies usually focus on the anatomy and mechanics of yoga and she strives to convey that knowledge during practice to help students build a better understanding of their own bodies.
