What’s your Chaturanga Dandasana archetype?

The “butt in the air”? The “pelvis droop”? How about the “chin dive”? Join two of your JPCY faves, Kiera Penpeci and Jill Rodgers, as they join forces to offer you dedicated time to identify areas of opportunity in your Chaturanga Dandasana!

In this session, Kiera and Jill will normalize inefficiencies seen thematically in group classes, and break down the structure of this full-body integrated pose so that you know what muscle groups to light up and engage.

This two-hour workshop will include time for release, rebuild, and restoration of the major muscle groups involved in “Chaturanga style” poses. Students can expect to start off slow as we focus on mechanics, and gradually build up to more challenging shapes and arm balances. Following this rigorous, thoughtful, and energetic sequence, you’ll be led into an integration-focused rest.
