Chakra Healing for Self-Acceptance, Body Image, and Self-Esteem with Kristine Berube

As Valentine’s Day approaches—a time often focused on love and connection—let's redirect that energy inward to nurture a deeper relationship with ourselves.

Join us for a transformative workshop that will guide you through the chakra system to address energetic imbalances that may contribute to negative body image and low self-worth. By working with the chakras (energy centers), participants will tap into the energetic blueprint of their thought and action patterns.

We'll begin with a grounding meditation to open and align the chakras, followed by pranayama (breathwork) and a gentle yoga flow designed to cleanse stagnation and balance each of these energy centers. The workshop will conclude with restorative poses, chakra affirmations, and healing sound frequencies to promote relaxation and emotional release.

Kristine will blend her knowledge of yoga with her experience as a Certified Reiki Master and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, working with individuals to heal their relationship with nutrition and exercise, fostering trust in both the mind and body while guiding them toward greater balance and well-being.

Through mindful movement, breathwork, and energy healing, we'll foster a greater sense of self-awareness, acceptance, and empowerment. Leave feeling more connected to yourself and inspired to embrace your unique energy.
