Awakening Insight: the Nature of Mind and Consciousness

Join Noel Coakley (he/him) of the Boston Center for Contemplative Practice for a three session workshop on insight and vipassana meditation.

Designed for those who are new to meditation and for experienced practitioners alike, this mini-course delves into the nature of reality to gain understanding of the nature of the self and the world around us.

You will explore concepts of emptiness and impermanence, and how they relate to the experience of suffering and freedom from suffering, as well as the experience of self and others.

This course offers a holistic approach to mindfulness and self-discovery, providing a variety of meditation practices and teachings to support your personal growth and development within the context of a safe and supportive practice community.

This workshop is part of an eight sections comprehensive course - learn more about the upcoming sections!
