Meditation Intensive: Full-Day Retreat for Meditation and Connection

Join Noel Coakley (he/him) of the Boston Center for Contemplative Practice for a full day retreat to deepen your meditation practice and connect with a supportive community.

Designed for those who are new to meditation and for experienced practitioners alike, we will review practice instructions for and participate in guided meditations on motivation, mindfulness, advanced concentration, and bodhicitta/loving-kindness. There will be opportunities for discussion, sharing, and connecting with one another as a practice community.

This semester long meditation course offered a comprehensive and holistic approach to mindfulness and self-discovery, providing a variety of meditation practices and teachings to support your personal growth and development within the context of a safe and supportive practice community.
