Bodhicitta: Awakening the Heart of Compassion for Self and Others

Join Noel Coakley (he/him) of the Boston Center for Contemplative Practice for a two session workshop on contemplation

Designed for those who are new to meditation and for experienced practitioners alike, this mini-course focuses on the cultivation of bodhicitta through loving kindness and compassion meditation practices. You will explore the relationship between bodhicitta and the path to awakening, as well as how to bring these  practices into your daily life. 

This course offers a holistic approach to mindfulness and self-discovery, providing a variety of meditation practices and  teachings to support your personal growth and development within the context of a safe and supportive practice community.

ABOUT NOEL COAKLEY (he/him)

Noel (he/him) is a mental health counselor and former school teacher (special ed.), Meditation Facilitator, Director of the Boston Center for Contemplative Practice, and Assistant Director of Dharma Moon.

He has been practicing meditation since 1996, initially with Indo-Tibetan traditions and then Yundrung Bön. Noel has been fortunate to learn from over 100 teachers, including HH the Dalai Lama and HH the 34th Menri Trizin.
