Join Noel Coakley of the Boston Center for Contemplative Practice this fall for an intermediate meditation course to cultivate deeper levels of awareness, compassion, and insight.
Designed for returning participants or for those who have been introduced to mindfulness, bodhicitta, and insight/emptiness, this course will build on your foundational skills to deepen your practice through techniques rooted in Buddhist psychology and trauma-informed Western psychology.
This intermediate meditation course will explore techniques that help you become more familiar with the natural qualities of the heart and mind. Rather than creating or improving upon these qualities, our focus will be on enhancing your ability to recognize and operate from them.
Guided by Noel Coakley, a seasoned practitioner with decades of experience, you will engage in a series of advanced practices, interactive discussions, and group support sessions. Noel's unique approach balances lineage traditions with modern contextualization, providing a holistic and inclusive learning environment.
Join us to refine your techniques, share experiences, and grow within our supportive sangha. This course is ideal for dedicated practitioners committed to exploring new depths in their meditation journey.
